Adding your bookings to an external calendar

Integrate your GigSalad calendar with an external calendar using an iCal feed. iCal feeds update events automatically on your calendar. Once you integrate your external calendar with your GigSalad iCal feed, your external calendar will automatically display your booked gigs, making it easy to stay organized.

Activate calendar feed

The first step to integrating your GigSalad calendar with your external calendar is to activate your iCal feed on GigSalad. Doing so produces a URL that you'll then use to integrate the GigSalad calendar with your external calendar.

To get your calendar feed URL:

1
Log in to your profile, go to Edit PromoKit, and then Calendar.
2
Click on add GigSalad bookings to an external calendar.
3
Click Turn On Calendar Feed.
Your GigSalad calendar feed will now be active, and the calendar feed URL will be displayed. To disable the feed, click Turn Off  Calendar Feed from this same page.
