How to manage your stored payment methods

When you make a purchase on GigSalad, your card will be conveniently stored for future use. You can log in at any time to manage your stored payment methods through your Account.

To remove a saved credit card:

1 Log in to your control panel and go to Account.

2 Choose Manage Saved Cards from the menu or click the link in your Account Snapshot.

3 Select the card you wish to remove.

4 Click Delete Saved Card.

Once deleted, your card will no longer be stored for reuse. The next time you make a membership payment or mark a gig as booked, you will need to enter new card information.

Note: If you have an active membership set to auto-renew, you cannot delete that card. To designate a different card for your membership, you’ll need to update your billing info.
