Logging into your event planner account

GigSalad employs an auto-login feature to make accessing your quotes and events easier. As long as you have cookies enabled on your device, you will be auto-logged into your account each time you visit GigSalad. If you do not have cookies enabled, have not yet logged in, or have not used the site for more than 60 days, you will be asked to log in to your account. You can log in with Facebook, or you can log in with the email address and password that was used to set up the account. 

Forgot your password? Not a problem. Just click here to visit the password recovery page. Type the email address associated with your account, and we will send you an email with a link to reset your password. When you follow the link, you must provide a new password. You'll be asked to type it twice! Be sure you type it the same both times.

Here are a few more troubleshooting tips: 

  • Cookies. Be sure cookies are enabled and allowed for www.gigsalad.com. Try deleting your browser's cookies and ensure you don't have other software or a firewall blocking them. You can use this link to test whether or not your browser is accepting cookies from GigSalad.
  • Password/email. Be sure you are typing in your correct email address and password. Do not copy and paste either of these. Rather, type them in manually. 
  • An old browser. Be sure your web browser is completely up-to-date. Outdated browsers can cause a multitude of issues across many websites. From our experience, Firefox and Chrome are superior browsers with the least amount of issues. We'd recommend downloading one of those if you're not using one already.
  • Computer clock. Be sure your computer's clock is set correctly. Your clock should be set to the correct date and time, including the right time zone.

If you've tried each of these things and are still having trouble logging in, contact us for more help. Provide lots of details! The more information you give us, the better chance we'll have of solving the problem quickly. Let us know exactly what you are doing and what the result is. If an error message is appearing, provide the exact wording. It's also helpful to provide details about the type of device you are using and the name and version of your web browser.
