Logging into your PromoKit

We employ an auto-login feature to make accessing your leads and PromoKit easier. As long as you have cookies enabled on your device, you will be auto-logged into your account each time you visit GigSalad. If you do not have cookies enabled, haven't logged in yet, or have not used the site for more than 60 days, you will be asked to log in to your account. You can log in with Facebook, or you can log in with the email address and password that was used to set up the account. 

Forgot your password? Not a problem. Just visit the password recovery page. Type the email address associated with your account, and we will send you an email with a link to reset your password. When you follow the link, you'll provide a new password and be asked to type it twice. Be sure you type it the same both times.

Here are a few troubleshooting tips if you can't log in: 

  • Cookies. Be sure that cookies are enabled and allowed for gigsalad.com. Try deleting your browser's cookies and make sure you don't have other software or a firewall blocking them. You can use this link to test whether or not your browser is accepting cookies from GigSalad.
  • Password/email. Be sure you are typing in your correct email and password. Do not copy and paste either of these — type them in manually. 
  • An old browser. Outdated browsers can cause a multitude of issues across many websites, so be sure yours is completely up-to-date. You can check this in your browser's settings, and you should be prompted to update it if one is available. You might also try using a whole new browser. In our experience, Firefox and Chrome are the highest-quality options with the fewest issues.
  • Computer clock. Make sure that your computer's clock is set correctly. It should be set to the correct date, time, and time zone.

If you've tried each of these things and are still having trouble logging in, contact us for more help. Provide lots of details! The more information you give us, the better chance we'll have of solving the problem quickly. Let us know exactly what you are doing and what the result is. If an error message is appearing, provide the exact wording. It's also helpful to provide details about the type of device you are using, as well as the name and version of your web browser.
