About GigSalad reviews

With so many entertainment and vendor options, it can be hard to choose the perfect one for your event. Along with reading about their services and looking at media, reviews can be one of the most important tools to help you make your choice.

When searching the site, an average rating and a total number of reviews will be displayed below each vendor's profile photo. If the 5 stars are gray and there is no number it means that vendor does not yet have any reviews.

To read all the reviews, click on the vendor's photo to open up their profile and scroll down to the reviews section. Up to 4 reviews will be visible, but if the vendor has more, you can click + More Reviews to see all of them.

Verified reviews

You may notice a green "Verified Review" label on some of the reviews beside the star rating. These are reviews attached to a verifiable event that was booked through GigSalad. Those without this label were solicited by the vendor themselves for an event we cannot confirm took place. All feedback is valuable, but Verified Reviews are weighted higher because they are often perceived as more authentic and trustworthy.
